OUR PEOPLE

Tendring Community Transport’s workforce is its greatest asset and comprises of a small team of hard working salaried administration staff, skilled salaried drivers and volunteer drivers, including its Trustee Board and Committee Members who are also unpaid.

TCT’s volunteers are the backbone of the organisation. Its success is based on their hard work, commitment and dedication to serving communities.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life. The one thing they have in common is a commitment to help others. TCT and its customers owe a great debt of gratitude to each and every volunteer helper.
